New but need help

I was just here to try to find help on what kind of Air Cleaner/purifier to get. Have always had allergies but this year being closer to 60 than 50 it took another step and ive developed a bit of allergy driven Asthma. So ive been searching for a air filter to help clear the air(pun intended) and hopefully help. I tried Reddit of all things to try to get help.. totally useless more or less. So i figured id come to the "experts" or at least people that know these things.
