Best allergy relief purifier?

I am a person with a lot of allergies and yeah i know i'm not god's favorite. I'm trying to make my life easier at home by purchasing an air purifier. I need suggestions about the best airdoctor purifiers that capture ultra-fine contaminants like dust, mold etc. I'm here to read all your proposals. Help a brother

Been seeing a lot of ads for air purifiers lately, and I gotta say,terms like "UltraHEPA" feel like pure marketing fluff. HEPA's a defined standard, so tossing "Ultra" in front of it doesn't mean much.

Also, yeah, any decent filter with activated carbon can trap VOCs, but the real question is how effective they actually are and if it even matters for your specific setup at home. Curious if anyone's dug into this or tested different brands. Would love to hear what's actually worth it and what's hype
